Each main chakra point has a front component with a rear counterpart; one part in front of body and other in the back. The front aspect is concerned with an individual’s feelings and the rear relates to the person’s will. The top 3 chakras are related to the mental processes of the individual. It is important to keep the chakras open and spinning to receive energy from the Universal Energy Field (UEF) and keep our energetic bodies healthy and functioning optimally. The more energy we let flow, the healthier we become.
